Upon arrival around 3 pm, I found the rooms to be big, clean, and equipped with good A/C, but there was a bit of a mess and things seemed disorganized. The service was initially disappointing, with rude and unprofessional behavior when raising concerns about the conditions of the rooms; however, the staff turned things around, from the front desk to housekeeping and even the bartenders in the lounge. The location, although interesting, had lovely surroundings with a small lake and close proximity to the Science Spectrum.
